Finally, finally all the rain has gone away and the beautiful sunshine and warmer temperatures are here to stay. We have spent our weekends and evenings outdoors swimming, fishing, golf cart riding and having picnics. We are not taking our vacation until September so we will be spending the remainder of the summer at the pool, lake and farm. Hopefully by the end of the summer Owen will be swimming but for now he and mama & daddy love the life jacket! Random thought…can you believe Owen is just a few months away from turning THREE??

What a perfect memento!
We have just entered the potty training world and will do just about anything to keep Owen interested in sitting on the potty. Owen sings ALL the time now and I have a difficult time trying to think of new songs to teach him. I caught him singing "Jesus Loves Me" during this afternoon's potty time. He got a little embarrassed when he saw me videoing but quickly got over it as I asked him to sing one of my all time favorites, "You Are My Sunshine". I hope it makes you smile:)
