I can't believe Christmas is almost here! We have been busy over the past couple of weeks, which all started with Thanksgiving. Seth and I hosted our first Thanksgiving dinner at our house with my side of the family the Sunday before Thanksgiving day. Everything went great and everyone was able to come and enjoy the beautiful weather. We spent Thanksgiving day at Seth's parents house and enjoyed another huge meal and more beautiful weather. The weekend concluded with Maddox's first birthday celebration and dedication. Happy Birthday sweet Maddox!! After cheering on the Tigers to victory we officially started our Holiday season by getting our Christmas tree. We let Owen choose the tree all by himself this year and he did a spectacular job. He even helped decorate the tree (which took several hours). Now that all the decorating is complete, Christmas cards are mailed and gifts are bought and wrapped, I can finally slow down and enjoy this wonderful time of year!
